Top Sleep endeavors to supply its customers with the best quality products and impeccable service. We realize that at times, some purchases may not be as per one’s expectations. The present refund policy defines under which circumstances you are allowed to return the products and ask for a refund.
Returns Policy:
That means you also have 15 days after the date of purchase to get a full refund for the items as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and returned in the same condition they were delivered. To return an item please reach out to our customer support representatives at [insert contact email or phone number] for a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns submitted without a RAN will not be processed.
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to health safety protocols, some of the items such as mattresses and pillows which have been opened or used cannot be returned. Make sure you refer to the product information prior to placing an order for the item.
Return Shipping:
Unless the received item was faulty or a wrong item was sent customers bear the costs of returns. For items we expect to be over a certain value, we recommend that you use a service which is traceable for the return of such items and/or that you purchase insurance on the item returned as we cannot guarantee that the item returned will be received.
Refund Process:
After we get the item you have returned, we will check it and inform you if your refund is approved or not. In such cases, the credit will be processed and the relevant amount will be credited back to the original mode of payment within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges:
In case you would like to exchange the item, please reach out and we will assist you in the process of returning the original item and placing a new order.
Faulty or Broken Items:
In case you get a faulty or broken product, kindly reach us in less than 7 days of receiving the item. A replacement or a voucher will be organized with no further expense incurred by yourself.
