Warranty Information
We are pleased to provide a 5-year warranty on our mattresses, a testament to their superior quality and durability. This warranty is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Coverage
This warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use, including:

• Deterioration resulting in a visible indentation or sag greater than 1.5 inches, provided it is not caused by the use of an improper or unsupportive foundation.
• Any physical flaw in the foam that causes it to split or crack under normal domestic use and proper handling.
• Manufacturing defects in the assembly or fabric of the mattress cover.

How to File a Claim

• Submit a detailed description along with supporting evidence of the defect to our team.
• We will arrange an inspection and collect the mattress from you.
• Upon receipt, our team will examine the mattress. If the defect is covered under warranty, we will replace it with the same or a comparable model and deliver the replacement to you.
• If the issue is not covered under the warranty, the mattress will be returned to you at your expense.
